Daniel is very skilled in the construction and management of quality management systems. He is responsible for the construction of the three major systems of quality, environment, occupational health, and safety, and organizes audits to ensure effective control and operation; Responsible for drafting the company's quality system and coordinating with the company's strategic needs to comprehensively manage the quality system of the enterprise; Review the policies, processes, systems, and operational norms controlled by each system, supervise and inspect the implementation of policies and systems
He is also responsible for the development and implementation of quality plans, tracking the timely and qualified rate of outsourced products, and taking primary responsibility for quality delivery time; Receive and review production orders, and allocate them reasonably to various factories; Responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and supervising suppliers, tracking the implementation of quality plans, and following up on progress and finished product delivery progress

Quality Standards and Inspection Management: Responsible for formulating and implementing quality standards and inspection specifications for incoming materials, processes, and finished products, supervising and guiding the work of IQC, IPQC, and QA; Responsible for formulating and supervising the implementation of preventive and corrective measures for non-conforming products; Participate in the development and modification of quality standards and inspection methods, responsible for revising relevant SOPs

Laboratory Management and Data Analysis: Responsible for managing laboratory documents, transferring and validating analytical methods, ensuring that laboratory SOPs and records comply with pharmacopoeia and GMP requirements; Responsible for the use, maintenance, and upkeep of laboratory instruments; Responsible for the testing and release of raw materials and products, and regularly reviewing inspection data to provide feedback to relevant departments, in order to provide a basis for improving product quality

Customer Complaints and Supplier Management: Responsible for handling customer complaints and returns; Evaluate and coach suppliers to ensure that their product quality meets requirements
