Our default wararnty time is 1 year, but 2 years and 3 years also available. Please mention the warranty time to our sales before place the order. Free replacement components would be offer during the warranty time. But the freight of replacement would be cover by the client’s side.

All the LCD modules or open cell we are using comes from big manufacturer like Samsung, LG, AUO and BOE.

Standard of the product order quantity is different, digital signage made for commercial purpose it’s support 24/7 working time.

When we are talking panel brand, it means the panel comes from the manufacturer like LG, SAMSUNG, AUO or BOE original, But for most of the sizes they do not have high brightness panel. So, we just buy the OPEN CELL from the original manufacturer and make the high brightness by ourselves. The brand name is the OPEN CELL brand, not the panel brand.

The difference is the application purpose. For commercial standard LCD display products would work up to 50 degree, but industrial standard LCD display products would work up to 80 degree and more.
